Commercial work only. No exceptions.
Every technician on this crew has spent their career in mechanical rooms, not residential bathrooms. That's not a marketing line — it's the hiring requirement.
The work speaks for itself.

Cast Iron to PVC — Restaurant Row Retrofit
A 14-unit food hall opened with corroded 4-inch cast iron drains backing up into neighboring tenant spaces. We cut the concrete floor at 11 PM, replaced 180 linear feet of drain line, and poured new concrete by 5 AM. Every restaurant opened for breakfast service.
14-Story Domestic Water Riser — Mid-Occupancy
The building's 2-inch galvanized risers were delivering 18 PSI to the fourteenth floor. Tenants filed 23 pressure complaints in 60 days. We staged the replacement floor by floor across three weekends — no tenant relocated, no lease broken, pressure restored to 65 PSI throughout.
6-Inch Main Reroute Beneath Active Server Room
A data center expansion required relocating a 6-inch domestic main running directly beneath 400 servers that couldn't be taken offline. We engineered a bypass in a parallel corridor, executed the tie-in during a 4-hour maintenance window, and rerouted without a single second of unplanned downtime.
Every credential, on record.
